Estimations and Results

Are we doing the estimations properly? if yes why most of our guys are extending themselves or working late nights to achieve the targets? And It has other side also like team members have more time than actual time. Is this due to our failure in Estimations or due to customers ;-)

Few days back Mubeen asked me about our Estimations. Honestly I don't have any answer for few questions as we too failed many times due to many reasons which resulted/effected to my team to extend their work hours to complete their tasks. Here we cannot blame anyone as everyone is correct on their perception,
